Millennium Specialty Chemicals transfers Synthetic Essential Oil Portfolio to Florachem

Millennium Specialty Chemicals, a division of Lyondell BaselI, announced the transfer of their Synthetic Essential Oil (SEO) portfolio to Florachem. Transition of the portfolio will occur in the 4th quarter of this year, with a competition date of December 31, 2009. Florachem will assume manufacturing and sales of the entire catalog of SEO. These products include:
